we have alot of signs up in this area. Sometimes, they may be hard to see, for the most part these signs are usually only about a foot across, circular, and are placed in spots you would have to look for. But yeah, they have quite clearly "marked" quite a few buisnesses and city properties. Even SOME apartment buildings.
